Your access to webinars is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access credentials with others or allow unauthorized individuals to access content through your account.

4.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software to access our services. We recommend a stable broadband connection and a modern web browser.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Pricing

Prices for paid webinars and services are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of registration. All prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect registrations already completed.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@marivorentis.com. Refunds for paid webinars are available:

Up to 7 days before the scheduled webinar date: Full refund
3-7 days before the webinar: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before the webinar: No refund
After the webinar has started: No refund

Refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will conduct yourself professionally and respectfully when participating in webinars and using interactive features.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Record, reproduce, or distribute webinar content without written permission
Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or instructors
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape, mine, or extract data from our platform
Use automated systems or bots to access services
Share or resell access to webinars
Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Termination may occur without warning or refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our platform, including webinar recordings, presentations, materials, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by Marivorentis or our content providers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

13.3 Effect of Termination

All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about our services, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@marivorentis.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
